Breath   --submitted by Dr Earl Reum

> Air surrounds us all..continually...and luckily--for us!
> It might be clean and fresh in the country-side.
> It may be polluted and visible in large cities, but its life-giving presence is constantly surrounding each one of us in nurturing support.
> Air is simply a mixture of gases -- containing > roughly 21% oxygen and 79% nitrogen.
> Air is air, but it becomes something entirely different when inhaled and then exhaled by a living creature: It becomes breath!
> It literally changes in both its chemical composition and in its basic seemingly-intended potential.
> Our very Words are delivered by breaths of air!
> Speech is simply air "set in motion" by a living person.
> All of us earth-dwellers own virtually the same 21/79% mixture.
> But consider how the words differ phenomenally - - all carried by the same remarkable: air
> Vicious Hate or Deep-Felt Love -- emotionally spoken, same air!
> Encouragement or Disparagement -- loudly shouted, same air!
> Empowering compliments or Negating criticisms: spewed, same air!
> Nurturing Expressions or Line-drawn Confrontations--same air!
> Curses or blessings prayerfully muttered, same air!
> "Can do" or Stark Refusals--declared, same air!
> The beauty or ugliness of lifešs experiences--whispered, same air!
> The exaltation or misery of living expressed, same air!
> Faith or Doubt - sincerely preached -- same air!
> Laughter or Grumping observations uttered, same air!
> Same air, but essentially: a different breath!
> Air enters into each of us empowered with the same potential,
> We change it; We charge it; We shape it; We mold it,
> Then, we launch enunciated words from within our bodies: with air...Changed!
> Regardless of what we have experienced,
> no matter what our parents did -- or didnšt do,
> no matter what is or isn't in our bank accounts,
> no matter what hurts or what delivers positive sensations,
> We each have decisions to make about the use of our next breath.
> Our personal beliefs about creation not only poured the breath of life into our souls, That act of creation gave us choices in determining the essence and destiny of every breath that we ever breathe.
> We have the personal, individual power to breathe quality into other peoplešs lives and situations, creating future human experiences simply with the power of our words.
> We have the power of good or of evil -- or both! Of life or of death, or making positive differences or creating events of total destruction! With the very air which we each breathe as it supplies oxygen to our bodies.
> The gift of making a profound difference rests in the miraculous atmosphere that surrounds each one of us completely. > > Let us now, each one, inhale a deep breath and decide about changing the world!
